had some serious chat yesterday with yao. as in those common topics. not about us, of course.
and there's this that kept me wondering.
i mean sometimes serious talks can keep you thinking.

how do people define a open-minded person.? can it even be defined? if we define them, and people who read them disagrees, is that person being open-minded, or not? or maybe even if the person disagrees, he/she still take it as it is. dont everybody do that? i mean the majority.
and ya, by the way, the open-minded concept that i am talking about does not applies to being open-minded enough to talk about sex.
like those tiko guys who go on irc last time, those chat channel like #teens, the guys go around typing on the main channel: "any open-minded girls?" like so wtf? think they probably meant sex. solely on sex topic.
what i wanna imply is that its a wide range for being open-minded. LIKE DUHs. i think its more about a person's character that will lead to him/her being open-minded, or not. i arent sure too either. its either i am being indecisive or i have a confused mind.

i felt that being open-minded is about being strong about your thoughts YET being able to listen and comprehend and also 'accept' the another party's opinion in a way. just that, maybe you will not completely agree. or might not agree at all. but just errr. wont disagree? i mean dont everybody have their own opinion in certain things?

or is being open-minded means that you have your own opinion, yet you're able to kinda completely agree with other people's opinion. but of course, you still believe in your own thought. just that it can be swayed if the another party's opnion is better. or maybe not.

still, i cant help but to wonder what makes different people have different thoughts. is it the way they are brought up? and their past. or simply cause they are just made that way? (ok. that sounded like those fate shit. so bullshit.)
i still think its how people are brought up, and their past lessons and everything.

I am bleeding inside.
