aww. friday had this lil mini buffet for my CaT lab. so cute okk. supposed to invite lecturers to have their dinner at our lil restaurant. of course we're the chefs. were divided into different small grps. our usual catering group.
my grp mates: yao, bong, tat *duhs! had to prepare greek dessert. sort of i selected to do karithopita.
whats that? you'll ask. description: lightly spiced walnut cake with honey lemon sauce
it awfully sweet ok. but still i like. =P the taste of cinnamon.
had tried doing it with boy for like past two days before this lab thing.
damn heavy ok bring the ingredients to school. had to do a lil marketing too lo before the lab to grab the walnuts and lemon.
the food of our buffet:cabonara *no offence but a lil too obvious that's there's pieces of not well mixed eggs., veg wrapped with barrito *hmm. the sheet tasted a lil soggy =\, tori yaki *damn nice ok! the chicken is marinated in a superb nice way. not too salty but tasty. one of the nicest., tom yam soup *it's super nice too ok. much nicer than those selling at the public. the taste is nice!, quiche *err. its repeated dish. =.=|| we ever prepare them before in one of the lab session lor. =.=|||, karithopita hurhur. mine! okok. ours! got positive comments worrr, fresh fruits and salads too.
anyway, the deco is rather nice. fresh flowers blabla. my this sem chairperson is rather nice ok. unlike the previous. so damn blardy freaking bossy. PUI! opps. ah. hope she dont happen to read my blog. even so who cares. =X and its not only ME who thinks so lor.

and yes. i have to say this: yao's dad is rather funny. ha.
went to have his mum's belated birthday celebration at SAF Yatch CLub. yups. been here before. never change much or rather should i say from what i remembered it didnt change?
okok. back to what i was saying. his dad was rather hyper lo. ha! did some rather astonishing actions. lols. cute sia his dad. but a lil embarrassing too. but its funny ok.
my dad definitely arent like that. he's too serious to do such stuff. but such dad like yao's can be fun too though it arent exactly behaving like a dad. but.. hee. one in a million. :P
yes. his bro's gf was present too but his bro arent. lols.
had steamboat. was ok lah. as in the food. normal i should say. the atmosphere rather nice though. beside the sea. moving live band playing from tables to tables. service not bad.
anyway,

and yes. jun yang is out! argh. its sympathy vote for kelvin lo! i mean ok. i dont wanna sound mean but seriously, jun yang sings better. ah well. its not my problem anyway but i a lil not happy at how unfair the voting can be.
kelvin must have those blind ppl supporting him lo. confirm they will vote like hell. it's so not fair. and obviously he will have his friends blabla.
sometimes i dont really like to watch superstar cos of such stuff lah.
and i cnt believe kelly is in instead. sorry, but i find her opponent is much better. and of course, guess the poor chap arent a singaporean, so its unfair treatment again.
come on la. its superstar. not singaporeans only superstar. or sympathy superstar
